About the Position: As an Android Developer, you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.
You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresWriting clean, efficient, and well-documented codeParticipating in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure standards are metWorking with product managers and designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfacesStaying up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile technology and best practicesMaintaining code repositories using version control systems like GitConducting unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality softwareProviding technical support to end-usersRequirements:
Upper-intermediate English proficiency5+ years of experience as a professional software engineerThorough knowledge of the Android SDK and Android Studio, the Android development toolsAbility to work with common software architectures, such as MVC, MVP, and MVVMExperience in creating and consuming web services through RESTful APIsKnowledge of Material Design design guidelines to create attractive and easy-to-use user interfacesAbility to write clean, well-structured and documented code to maintain software qualityExperience in performing unit and integration tests to ensure software qualityKnowledge of design patterns and good programming practices to maintain a scalable and easy-to-maintain architectureNice-To-Have Skills:
Ability to work with databases and data persistence tools, such as SQLite and RealmAbility to work with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban and XP, for project management and software developmentWhy You'll Like Working Here:
