This opportunity would be great for someone who recently graduated from a technical college looking to get into the Service shop Pay is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (this is not a flat rate position). The Technician Helper opportunity has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 to 22.00. **Ask about our Tenure Bonus program that begins at 6 months from hire date. Bonus pay up to $3.50 per flat rate hour Our associates are happy to work here because: Available $0 Health plan premiums for Technicians based on tenure.We boast the lowest turnover in the industry.We provide award winning training (Training Magazine Top 125, and Brandon Hall Awards).We are committed to developing and promoting within the company and offer a career path from entry level to top level.Our benefits are extremely competitive with Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k with matching, and PTO.Paid time off and Paid Training.We encourage peer to peer teamwork and recognition.Special benefits to purchasing and leasing a car.Personal Automotive Concierge Service.Job DescriptionThe Automotive Technician Assistant/Helper is a great opportunity for someone who recently graduated from a technical college looking to get into the Service shop Assist technician and advisor with test drive of vehicleAssists technicians with light repair/maintenanceMust have a great attitude, willingness to learn, and dependability.Make certain all shop equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.Ensure that the service facility is always kept in a clean and orderly stateIn charge of special tool and tire storage organizationResponsible for pulling vehicles into the service facility to designated technicianPerform daily lift inspection for safety and reliabilityPerform other duties as assigned by shop foreman and service directorMust follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years automotive experience.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.It's time to make the most important move of your career.
