In dieser Rolle kannst du im Durchschnitt ein Jahresgehalt zwischen 60.000 – 80.000 Euro verdienen.

AufgabenDu kennst unsere Produkte und die damit einhergehende Prozessoptimierung in der Immobilienverwaltung wie deine rechte Westentasche und kannst unsere Software sowie deren USPs online und bei Veranstaltungen vor Ort souverän präsentieren.Du unterstützt beim Ausbau bestehender und neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen in der Akquise.Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung spornt dich an: Du optimierst und automatisierst bestehende Abläufe im Vertrieb insbesondere in unserem CRM Pipedrive und entwickelst neue Prozesse.Du fungierst als Coach, der das Team dabei unterstützt ihre Potentiale auszuschöpfen und erarbeitest gemeinsam best-practices und Standards (Sales-Playbook).Unser CRM-System, Reports und KPIs sind dein wichtigstes Werkzeug, um Vertriebsziele zu steuern und Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
Auch das Team begeisterst Du für eine datengetriebene Vertriebskultur, um gemeinsame Erfolge feiern zu können.Du hast den Markt im Blick und entwickelst effiziente Strategien und Kampagnen zur Kundengewinnung.Du bist im Unternehmen ständig vernetzt, um interdisziplinäre Prozesse mit Marketing und Support abzustimmen.QualifikationDu kennst die neuesten Trends/Technologien und hast fundiertes Expertenwissen in den Bereichen B2B-Sales, Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Business Development.Du hast strategischen Weitblick und ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeitest zielorientiert, selbstständig und strukturiert.Ein digitales und wissbegieriges Mindset und die Fähigkeit, dich selbständig in neue Software und Technologien einzuarbeiten, sind für dich selbstverständlich.Du bist wortgewandt und besitzt hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern zu interagieren.Fachkenntnisse aus der Immobilienwirtschaft sind ein Plus-Punkt.Du hast Freude am Verkauf und liebst es, Menschen zu überzeugen sowie Netzwerke aufzubauen.
