Pharmacy Technician

World Courier S.A. (Argentina) is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of pharmaceutical services.

• Verify and sign operation jobs under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist.
• Release shipments for distribution under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist.
• Manage the change of product status both physically and systematically following client instructions and within the scope of applicable Internal Guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on relabeling processes in the absence of a Local Quality Representative and/or when appointed for this function by the Quality Department.
• Provide instructions to Depot Staff on all protocols stored at WC Depot.
• Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist whenever required, supporting depot operational activities as applicable based on local legislation.
• Ensure compliance with all government legislative and local health requirements.
• Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, local regulatory requirements, legal requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines.
• Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions for developing Depot daily activities.
• Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections to ensure everything at the Facility is working as established in WC SOPs.
• Identify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.

• Tertiary qualification, e.g., diploma or equivalent, and/or required training in pharmaceutical service is required for this position, whenever local regulation allows.
• Preferable for candidates to have some work experience in warehousing and/or dispensing.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to take initiatives and solve problems.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.
• Sound computer skills.
• Understanding of Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirements.
• Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills with a full command of English.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
• Calm and customer-focused approach.
