Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Site Solutions Team Lead.
This position requires a strong background in leadership, process improvement, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to a team of Site Solutions Analysts and Senior Analysts, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and communicating with their supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Project Management or equivalent experience, and 3 years relevant experience. Additionally, the candidate should have 1 year of prior supervisory or team lead experience.
The selected candidate will also possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure they are completed on time. They should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as high energy and a self-starter mentality.
In this role, you will:
Provide day-to-day guidance to a team of Site Solutions Analysts and Senior Analysts.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to your supervisor.
Oversight and accuracy of timely ticket resolution.
Monitor team member productivity and ensure workload is distributed effectively.
Ensure team members are effectively trained and act as the training buddy for new hires.
Regularly review deliverables metrics and collaborate with Manager, Site Solutions, and Site Solutions Analysts to mitigate backlog and turnaround time delays.
Meet regularly with Client Service Leads to understand Sponsor expectations, review new business, closing protocols, special projects, and areas of improvement.
Provide process coaching as needed.
Conduct site outreach in the form of capabilities webinars, surveys, or utilizing other tools as appropriate.
Act as a point of escalation for any issues that may impact service delivery commitments.
Responsible for implementing process standards across the Site Solutions Team.
Other duties as assigned.
