The Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Manager to lead our team in Argentina. This role is pivotal in driving growth strategies, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the performance of account managers and sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of account managers and sales representatives.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and brands within our marketplace, as well as retailers in our retail operations.

Requirements:
- A proven track record in a senior leadership role, ideally within a technology, retail or FMCG company.
