Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with physical therapy activities, such as transfers and exercises
- Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed therapist

Education and Experience
A minimum of an Associate's Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program is required. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in New Mexico and BLS certification are also required. Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred but not necessary.
