The Role:

Fratello Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse who is fluent in Spanish to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both Spanish and English.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
  • Support children's individual learning and development needs.
  • Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures regarding health and safety and child protection.
Required Skills Qualifications:

We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • A recognised childcare qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Salary Schedule:
