We are looking for a talented Global Storyteller to join our team as a Manager, Communications for the Latin America and Caribbean (LACA) region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling stories that drive business growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior-level business executives across LACA to develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that align with business objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media, employees, and external partners.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, including press releases, media kits, and social media campaigns.
- Provide strategic counsel to regional leadership on communications issues and opportunities.
- Manage a small network of PR agencies to support in-country campaign execution.

Requirements

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in public relations and/or corporate communications.
- Degree qualified in communications or a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; additional fluency in Portuguese desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in required languages.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
