About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team at GlobalLogic. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-availability applications that support various company processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality React code and write tests (Jest) for features.
  • Write high-quality Java code and write tests for features.
  • Experience with the complete lifecycle of software development, from design to productionization.
  • Conduct E2E tests for assigned features.
  • Ensure quality and meet delivery dates for assigned features.
  • Work independently with Product Owners to confirm and polish business requirements.
  • Report and mitigate potential risks and deviations in time.
  • Optimize applications to maximize speed and scale.
  • Coordinate less experienced team members collaborating on assigned features.
  • Troubleshoot framework/CI/env issues and fix them.
Requirements
  • English (Upper-Intermediate)
  • Proficient in Javascript & Typescript
  • Proficient working with ReactJS
  • Proficient in Java
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Strong knowledge of Semantic HTML.
  • Experience working with GIT
  • Experience working with Gradle
  • Experience working with Python will be a major plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with low supervision.
  • Must demonstrate a hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and results orientation.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them to technical solutions.
  • Good knowledge of the continuous deployment and integration process.
  • Ability to ramp-up quickly, be proactive, and take ownership.
  • Should be comfortable adapting to changing requirements and design.
