Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team in Argentina. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for executing globally approved marketing cycle plans that support and drive commercial objectives for assigned categories and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in planning and developing the annual marketing cycle plan and manage associated budgets.
- Responsible for analyzing and proposing tactical changes to the product range, pricing, and packaging based on in-market acquired knowledge.
- Coordinate the execution of central and locally created promotions, recommending local activity based on local market insights to increase consumer engagement.
- Monitor and periodically report on critical elements of competitive actions related to product, price, distribution, visibility, and promotions.
- Participate in customer presentations to stay informed on customer development and requirements, and join key customer negotiations when the Senior Manager is not available.
- Establish portfolio ranging needs by market by channel and coordinate trade programs within a marketing cycle plan as needed.
- Analyze Nielsen data, such as volume and value share, AUPs, source of volume, and formulate insights to better compete.
Requirements
- English Advanced
- Minimum 3-4 years of business experience
- Solid evidence of working in consumer goods marketing and sales, with experience in any of the categories managed by Energizer Holdings.
- Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline
- Exposure to working directly with customers and sales teams
- Experience analyzing and utilizing trade audit data
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking, collaboration, influence, team leadership, customer focus, and achieving results in alignment with business goals
- Ideal experience in brand activation/execution
- Must collaborate well and work well cross-functionally
