Job Role

The AML, Risk & Compliance SR. Analyst will oversee due diligence processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage risk frameworks.

This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset to lead compliance efforts, mentor analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and execute due diligence processes, including KYC, KYB, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and ongoing screening.
  2. Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously for clients and be the main point of contact with them, ensuring excellent service, commitment, availability, and communication.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar AML/CFT or Risk role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Spanish and English bilingual.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
