Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the business leading the end-to-end recruiting process. This includes developing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and execute bold sourcing strategies and recruitment plans for experienced hire talent aligned to Clorox and functional business and talent strategies.
- Hiring Process Management: Achieve hiring objectives through screening resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding the hiring manager through to an accepted offer.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functions and build proactive sourcing pipelines in advance of need on hard-to-fill roles or work locations.
- 6+ years experience in leading recruiting processes at international industrial companies and/or prestigious executive search firms.
- Experience in conducting searches across LATAM, US, and other Geographies.
- Advanced / Bilingual English language.
- Bachelor's degree or similar experience.
