- Collaborate with diverse teams, including Product, Platform, Partnerships, and Finance, to develop process efficiencies and enhance reconciliation models
- Work on continuously enhancing reconciliation models, improving accuracy, and recommending improvements to partner reporting
- Liaise with our payment industry partners and product managers to scope and implement new features and systems
- Contribute to the development of a global payments strategy through strategic collaboration and communication
To succeed in this role, you should have:
8+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics, Finance, Payments
Hands-on experience with data analysis and providing useful insights
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in extracting and processing data using SQL and possess scripting skills (Python preferred) to automate manual work
Experience working with a variety of databases and large data sets
Detail-oriented and must have analytical skills for solving unstructured problems
Ability to work effectively and multi-task in an ambiguous, high-volume environment
BonusPreferred candidates will have experience in Payments, Payouts, Financial Reconciliation, building reporting for external customers/partners, and acting as a single point of contact for inquiries.
