About the Role- Lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform. Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is essential. Experience with integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware is also required. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Technical Architect are preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Custom Applications: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
- Salesforce Solution Architect: Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and analysts.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs, communicating effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Salesforce applications, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
