Position Summary

As a Hospitality Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Human Resources and Finance: Assisting the Location Manager with various initiatives, managing administrative functions, contributing to monthly reports for the central office, overseeing fixed costs such as utilities and supplies, processing daily invoices, and ensuring they align with the accounting system.
  • Co-Working Management: Overseeing on-site sales and bookings, providing sales, marketing, and operational support to the Office Manager, coordinating mail, transportation, and guest communications, aiding in event planning, facilitating internal communications, and engaging with the CoWork community.
