Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rewards Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with data.

• Definition and Implementation of Global People Rewards projects initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide and track the key metrics for Rewards.
• Crafting ad hoc analysis to provide insights and identify patterns for our Global Stakeholders.
• Developing solutions based on analytics tools to propel rewards projects/processes.
• Continuous Improvement and Support to Analytics Initiatives with Global impact.

1. Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or similar).
2. At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
3. Advanced English (oral and written skills - mandatory).
4. Advanced Power Point & Excel.
5. Working knowledge of SQL/Power BI.
6. It would be a plus if you know Python/Data Science/Big Data.
