We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional operations in LATAM. As Regional Director of Strategic Growth and Expansion, you will be responsible for driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Salve Consulting as we expand our presence in the region. You will work closely with our global teams to ensure cohesion with the company's goals and develop strategies to strengthen our market presence in the forex sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement regional strategies to boost revenue and deepen connections with existing clients.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team in the region, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and drive.
  • Guide and mentor staff to enhance their skills and support their career growth within the company.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior leadership role within the forex industry, specifically focusing on the LATAM region.
  • Deep understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in LATAM.
  • Proven success in driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages spoken in the LATAM region are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environments in major LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
