We are a construction services provider specializing in estimating and project planning. Our team works with contractors, developers, and architects to ensure accurate project scoping, cost estimation, and successful execution of construction projects.

Takeoff Specialist Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Takeoff Specialist to assist with construction blueprint analysis and scope quantification. The ideal candidate will have experience using construction markup software such as Procore Estimating or BlueBeam Revu and must have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review construction plans and blueprints to identify the scope of work.
  • Use takeoff software to markup blueprints and quantify materials, demolition areas, and other project elements.
  • Summarize takeoff details and prepare reports for the estimating team.
  • Maintain organized records of quantities, measurements, and scope details.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in construction blueprint markup software (Procore Estimating, BlueBeam Revu, or similar).
  • Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple takeoffs simultaneously.
