Requisitos mínimos:

  • Título universitario completo en finanzas o contabilidad.

Experiencia requerida:

  • Mínimo 5-7 años de experiencia en análisis financiero y planificación.
  • Habilidad para liderar equipos y procesos.
  • Habilidad para manipular y analizar datos financieros, preparar informes financieros, utilizando nivel avanzado de Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query y Power BI.
  • Ocasionalmente deberá trabajar horas extra, fines de semana y estar disponible para viajes de negocios infrecuentes.
  • Conocimientos de finanzas, contabilidad (incluyendo Principios Contables Generalmente Aceptados), presupuestación y análisis de varianza.
  • Habilidad para presentar información financiera de manera atractiva a diferentes audiencias.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborar con equipos internos, en múltiples niveles y entornos en un entorno acelerado.
  • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal sólidas.
  • Pensamiento crítico e innovador.
