About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and supervise the Back Office HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Employee Relations and Support: Manage sensitive and confidential matters, including employee relations, organization changes, and protect the security of information, data, and files.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Interpret, assist, and advise employees and managers on leave management, benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies.
  • New Hire Orientation and Onboarding: Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs, prepare documentation for new hires, and establish, maintain, and control employee records.
  • Training and Development: Support training and learning processes, providing recommendations on training courses, suppliers, and programs that align with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement and Analysis: Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes using a lean management approach.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research, gather data, and maintain statistical information to inform HR decisions.
  • Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis, apply lean methodology, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HR-related topics and 2 years as a leader.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Continuous improvement mindset, understanding and application of lean office management, problem-solving, and other relevant skills.
  • Leadership and Management: Ability to handle and coordinate multiple processes, prioritizing them based on criticality and importance.
  • Accountability and Results Orientation: Demonstrated accountability, results orientation, leadership, and managing complexity skills.
