Transformational Agile Strategist

Sovos Compliance is a global leader in tax, compliance and trust solutions. As an Agile Leader/Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in driving team efficiency and suggesting improvements.

This role involves leveraging Agile principles to improve team collaboration and workflow. You will work closely with the Scrum Team(s) to maintain Agile/Scrum Best Practices in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain Agile/Scrum Best Practices
• Analyze metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Balance multiple priorities using effective time management and decision-making skills
• Develop Agile/Scrum advocates within the Scrum Team(s)
• Influence other Product and Technology teams to adopt Agile methodologies
• Foster collaboration to meet deadlines
• Provide constructive feedback and respond positively to feedback
• Keep team progress informed through regular updates
