About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at MediaMonks BA, responsible for the successful delivery of digital advertising assets for top brands worldwide.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage order intake, scoping, quoting, and timeline preparation for client projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-end production work.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status and required actions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, distribute status updates, and present project information in an easy-to-access format.
  • Encourage collaboration, inspire trust, and maintain a focused work environment.
  • Manage relationships with clients and S4 folks, establishing trust and productive collaboration practices.
  • Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.


Requirements




  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in hustling internal resources to meet external deadlines.
  • Solid scoping skills, with realistic timings and resource estimates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and expectations, with the ability to translate those into corresponding timelines, briefings, and tracking routines.
