Role Overview
As a Finance Operations Associate within O2I Services, you will independently manage operational tasks, including transactional responsibilities, while addressing customer inquiries. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of standard processes and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer customer contracts, encompassing contract booking, customer invoicing, invoice delivery, and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure prompt and precise billing for customers, analyzing pending invoices to identify potential quality concerns.
  • Prepare for financial period closures.
  • Maintain accuracy in financial records through diligent execution of operational tasks.
  • Monitor and report on financial activities.
  • Engage in effective communication and collaboration with internal and external clients.
  • Support various projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in monthly financial closing processes.
