AD Experience Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced expert to drive the development of our Autonomous Driving customer experience for Mercedes-Benz cars in China.
As a functional owner in the AD Experience product team, you will be responsible for our product development, ensuring timely and high-quality development of internal and external partners. You will develop the interaction with and information to our customers to ensure trust and understanding of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements, priorities, product quality, and schedule, as well as status reporting.
- Be the communication channel to internal and external development partners in China and a major interface between the AD and telematics stakeholders as well as our development partners at other Mercedes-Benz development sites worldwide.
- Ensure the future competitiveness of the Mercedes-Benz Chinese AD system by creating new product ideas, especially in visualization, interaction, and promoting functions. Prepare these ideas, do POCs, and present them to management and coworkers.
- Collaborate closely with other function owners in and outside of the AD Experience product team to integrate developed deliverables into projects and provide technical feedback in discussions on future products and platforms.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or appropriate graduation).
- Very good knowledge in the ADAS and navigation domain, preferably with internship experience in the ADAS/navigation business with an OEM or internet company responsible for ADAS/navigation components.
- Internship as a software developer, preferably in the field of ADAS development and/or navigation system development is a plus.
- Relevant Linux/Android knowledge and experience.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment; Agile/Scrum methodology experience as scrum master or product owner is a plus.
- Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Software development quality methodologies such as design review, code reviews, continuous integration, regression testing, and static code analysis.
- Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management, e.g. project planning, risk analysis, and so on.
- Self-responsibility, team player, and good communication skills.
- Fluency in Chinese & English.
