- Oversee profit-sharing (PPR) for Brazil and Mexico, ensuring employees understand the benefits of our compensation programs and participate actively in their growth.
- Facilitate M&A harmonization, integrating compensation structures post-merger and driving cultural alignment and business growth.
- Support global mobility and talent development by managing compensation for international assignments (expatriation process).
- Provide expert guidance on payroll inputs and HCM system use, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
- At least 4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, with a strong background in compensation structures, market analysis, and research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in compensation management software and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel proficiency: Strong Excel skills are essential, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, and people budget planning experience.
