We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering specialized recruitment support to various business units and markets within the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to source and select high-quality talent.
- Develop and execute end-to-end search strategies to meet business objectives.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
- Facilitate 'Recruiting Strategy' meetings to set expectations and deliverables.
- Consult on diversity recruitment goals and ensure diverse candidate slates.
- Stay informed of labor market trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Identify recruitment challenges and provide feedback to enhance processes.
- Bachelor's degree
- +5 years of professional recruitment experience
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process
- A data-oriented approach to recruitment
