We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transaction Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ITS core, you will be responsible for gathering, validating, and evaluating client information, undertaking transaction tax projects, and ensuring quality assurance.
As a Senior Transaction Tax Specialist, you will assist the Manager in building a high-performing team for Europe West and provide counsel to staff members as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake transaction tax projects with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Gather, validate, and evaluate client information to ensure accurate tax calculations.
- Assist the Manager in building a high-performing team for Europe West.
- Provide counsel to staff members as needed.
**Requirements**
- Sr. with 2/3 years of experience in other Big4 within ITS core.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is preferred.
- Experience in M&A operations, permanent establishment, taxation of inbound and outbound flows according to international standards/regulations.
- TP knowledge is preferred.
- Resource 100% allocated to Rome.
- Must report to Italy regarding year-end reviews.
