Drive Efficiency and Cost Savings in Supply Chain Operations
As a Supply Chain Associate at Adaptive Teams, you will play a key role in optimizing supply chain operations for our clients. This involves providing expert consultancy on supply chain strategies, leading inventory planning, and executing key supply chain operations such as managing suppliers, placing orders, and coordinating 3PL.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Strategy Development: Provide expert consultancy on supply chain strategies to diverse clients, helping them to optimize their supply chain operations and reduce costs.
- Inventory Planning and Management: Lead inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent over/understocking, ensuring that our clients have the right products in the right quantities at the right time.
- Supply Chain Operations Execution: Execute key supply chain operations, including managing suppliers, placing orders, arranging freight, and coordinating 3PL, to ensure smooth replenishment to fulfillment centers and manage inventory reconciliations.
- Cost Optimization and Efficiency Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize supply chain costs and boost operational efficiency, ensuring that our clients achieve their business objectives.
Your Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (Supply Chain Management preferred), with 2+ years of experience in supply chain management (excluding internships).
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis, and ready for an immediate start.
