About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License and Support contracts and invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of SAP License and Maintenance Software contracts for the North America Region.
- Resolve issues with medium to high complexity within general work direction.
- Handle internal and external customer queries within stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist the Cash Collections team in resolving complex billing issues.
- Execute operational tasks independently to support operations, including specialized activities that meet specific objectives.
- Develop collaborative work relationships within the team and with cross-functional teams, including CFR, CFO, CC, Rev Rec, Controlling, and Sales.
Requirements
- Intermediate to Advanced English language skills, with the ability to host calls.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and tools.
- Proactive and social personality, with the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to deal with pressure and deliver fast results.
- Customer experience is a plus, as you will be in touch with internal stakeholders.
Work Experience
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end process.
- Working experience with Shared Service Centres (minimum 1 year).
- Experience in expert, catalyst, or development programs is a plus.
