Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all marketing channels.
- Provide design guidance and support to junior designers to help them develop their skills and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments to ensure our designs are always fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences and develop designs that meet those needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design experience and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
