We are looking for a talented Data Insights Business Partner to join our team at Biogen. In this role, you will work closely with internal key business stakeholders to design, develop, and provide business-oriented reports, KPIs, and analytical capabilities.

Main Objectives:
  • Design and develop business-oriented reports, KPIs, and analytical capabilities to facilitate organizational improvement and success.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and Finance to develop market analysis and forecast through strategic planning processes.
  • Present monthly sales force and marketing dashboards to the Executive Committee.
  • Implement market research programs to track market dynamics, product performance, and stakeholders' perceptions.
Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of business statistics, quantitative methods, performance analysis, and development of business performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relational databases.
