Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sr. Event Coordinator in organizing and executing virtual and in-person events across 6 countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Mexico, Colombia). Manage event logistics, including venue setup, attendee communication, and material preparation.

  • Support with vendor coordination (catering, venues, audiovisual equipment, designers, etc.)
  • Provide on-site or virtual assistance during events to ensure a smooth attendee experience (registration, welcoming, activations, swag distribution, surveys)

Promote events through tech community digital channels (Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc.). Collect and organize post-event feedback to contribute to reporting and improvements.
