Responsibilities:- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with major clients in the beauty sector, supporting the efficient execution of business plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with senior team members to align with client objectives.
- Sales Support and Business Development: Help in implementing commercial strategies for clients, ensuring product assortment optimization, supporting sales growth, and contributing to profitability.
- Communication with Retailers: Assist in communicating with retailers to resolve day-to-day issues related to product placement, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support by coordinating the flow of information between internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) and clients.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or internship, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
