- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.\
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.\
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.\
- Results oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.\
- Overtime is required during month end close and occasionally at other times, possibly with little advance notice.\
- English: Advanced- Intermediate required [B1/B2].\
- Spanish mandatory.\
- Solid understanding of financial analysis.\
- Intermediate skills in Excel or in Google Sheets.\
- Ability to work and take initiative in a matrix organization.\
