About the Role

The Job Description:
- Maintain Group IFRS Chart of Accounts from master data side, assist in resolving ad-hoc requests.
- Participate/drive projects for system enhancement from a business perspective, support the implementation of innovative tools, including AI technology.
- Administrate and automate Group closing activities (timetable, scheduling of tasks, maintenance and support).
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within GAR&T, Global Tax, Global Finance Shared Services, Controlling, and other corporate functions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A university degree with 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards.
- SAP tools knowledge is beneficial.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using macros a plus.
- Experience leading projects is advantageous.
- Skills to identify improvements, propose solutions, and be proactive in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy, agile, and digital mindset.
- Resilient and a strong team player in a virtual and international team.
- Possess enthusiasm for exploring and applying AI technologies to finance processes.
