Job Description

The Aftermarket Program Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders at Stellantis to coordinate actions for Request For Quotations or Contract Execution and Maintenance. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of Purchasing Program Management Field Actions/Campaigns to ensure successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally with SDPD, Engineering, and Purchasing Aftermarket and Production, and SO to ensure parts availability for launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to compress timing for campaign launches within the specified timeline without compromising product quality.
  • Manage supplier-related root cause and actions identified post Field Action/Campaign launch.
  • Ensure timely sourcing with buyers.
  • Manage end-to-end activities related to VORs (Vehicle's Off Road – where parts are not available at dealership to service customers' vehicles).
  • Secure and optimize part supply plans.
  • Remove bottlenecks and expedite Parts.
  • Track and communicate progress for weekly meetings with internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of purchasing experience or a closely related field.

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
