We are seeking a Sr QA Analyst Manual Stores to ensure the quality of our e-commerce platforms. As a driven individual with a passion for excellence and quality, you will work closely with a cross-functional team while also enjoying independence in specific tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification and validation of new features, functionalities, and enhancements for digital products, back-end, and internal applications.
- Collaborate with QA Lead in creating test scenarios, developing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, detecting and documenting defects, and validating bug fixes.
- Perform exploratory, functional, usability, end-to-end, user acceptance, and regression testing.
- Develop and document test cases based on business requirements, functional and technical requirements, user stories, and business use cases.
- Use test management applications/tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Provide test status updates and defect reports for stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration, proactive communication of concerns or issues.
- QA support for scheduled deployments/releases.
