Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Measurement Engineer to join our Technical Support Division. The successful candidate will provide technical services related to hydrocarbon measurement and loss control, and act as a mentor for newly developed engineers in the measurement path.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct measurement surveys and compliance reviews for the measurement systems to ensure accurate and reliable data.
2. Develop and maintain hydrocarbon measurement-related training programs for engineers, technicians, and operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Maintain processes to measure operating department compliance to relevant company and internal or external standards, ensuring adherence to best practices.
4. Conduct technical studies and technology evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize measurement systems.
5. Develop and maintain operating facility policies and procedures related to hydrocarbon liquid measurement, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program, with an advanced degree preferred.
2. PE or CEng certification, with a strong background in hydrocarbon measurement and loss control.
3. At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on hydrocarbon liquid systems and gas measurement.
4. Deep knowledge of statistical tools for measurement, including estimating measurement uncertainty.
