Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planning Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the supply process of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with our master production plan and established inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control and Execution Excellence - Utilize your knowledge of key supply chain drivers to ensure proper inventory management and obsolete treatment.
  • Supply Chain Optimization - Analyze supply chain drivers to maximize case fill rate and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Core Planning - Apply your knowledge of supply planning processes and tools to ensure proper execution and cross-functional communication.
  • Supply Plan Execution - Manage the execution of supply plans to ensure commercial commitments are met.
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning - Align your actions and priorities with our organizational strategies and solve gaps that affect service or cost.
  • Supply Chain Visibility - Provide visibility to the business through our control tower and escalate issues and action plans for CFR/Cost offenders via cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning.
  • Language - Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Skills - Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present results effectively, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in SAP (desirable).
  • Personal Qualities - Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a systemic thinker who anticipates issues and needs.
