About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of scalable and innovative website solutions using Sitecore CMS and headless technologies. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical leadership, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures, and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable website solutions using Sitecore CMS and headless technologies.
- Design and build novel solutions to the team's most challenging problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and approaches to enhance website performance and functionality.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in web development and architecture.
- Expertise in Sitecore CMS and headless CMS solutions.
- Excellent understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Expertise in MACH architectural approaches.
- Hands-on experience with building large-scale consumer-facing websites.
