Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hiring Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in client management and communication skills.

The successful candidate will lead kick-off meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies. They will also be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer extension.
  • Present top-tier candidates to clients with detailed assessments.
  • C Coordinate interview scheduling and collect client feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
