About the Role
Mondelez International is seeking a Sanitation Analyst to define and manage sanitation and pest control programs within our manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering or related fields, with experience in quality management and manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sanitation and pest control programs to ensure compliance with Mondelez's quality chain management system (QCMS) and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate current processes for efficiency and productivity.
- Support the implementation of quality and food safety systems, including HACCP standards.
- Provide technical expertise and input on I2M projects, product design development, and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in similar roles and quality management/manufacturing systems.
