Sales Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our LATAM Commercial Team in Mendoza, Argentina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and the expansion of existing partnerships within the fields of gynecology, fertility clinics, assisted reproduction, private healthcare providers, laboratories, and wellness segments.

About the Job: This field-based role requires approximately 50-70% of your time spent visiting clients or attending industry events. You should be based in or near Mendoza. As a sales executive, you will identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in your assigned territory. You will drive consultative sales processes, educating stakeholders on the clinical and preventive value of our genetic testing portfolio, including carrier screening, wellness panels, and reproductive health testing. Additionally, you will manage and grow key accounts, nurturing long-term relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Drive consultative sales processes, educating stakeholders on the clinical and preventive value of our genetic testing portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong background or network in gynecology, fertility, assisted reproduction, or genetic testing (mandatory requirement)
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or genomics
Proven ability to develop new business and close complex sales deals
Knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system, especially in the private sector and women's health
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluency in Spanish; intermediate to advanced English is a plus, especially for internal communication
