The qualities we are looking for in a Care Assistant include:
- A commitment to some evening and weekend working hours.
- A Full Driving Licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Previous Carer or Support Worker experience is welcome, but not essential.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care duties.
- Administering medication.
- Manual handling, using equipment where required.
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full.
