As a Cloud Operations Engineer II, you'll work alongside a global team of cloud engineers, Customer Support, Development, Architecture, and Quality Assurance teams to support and implement new features and enhancements to our Incentive Compensation Management products.
You will contribute to technical work on services supporting our Incentive Compensation Management products and be entrusted with incident management duties to ensure service quality.

What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of professional experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role.
- Experience with supporting, maintaining and developing on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, and IBM.
- Previous experience with client-facing production services and incident management.
- A track record of being able to learn innovative technologies and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management.
- Work on infrastructure service requests towards customer-focused resolution and improvements.
- Continuously monitor and tune application infrastructure and services to assure optimal performance, availability, and utilization of resources.
- Provide technical solutions to automate processes or functions to improve business operations.
- Support releases, enhancements, and upgrades or new services throughout non-production and production environments.
