What We DoAs a LATAM Financial Analyst - Clinical Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical finance solution for clients and their clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting new client implementations and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Working cross-functionally with our services team to resolve financial-related issues
- Reviewing and analyzing contracts and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong Excel skills, with at least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment
- Experience with contract management and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
