Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Daytime Homeless Services Worker to join our team at Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our clients and collaborating with service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services to clients, including assessing needs and distributing essential supplies.
  • Collaborate with service providers and emergency personnel to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data collection tasks.

Requirements:

  • Has at least six months of experience providing direct human or health services to physically/mentally disabled individuals.
  • Has relevant education and/or volunteer experience in a related field.
  • Has dependable, insured transportation and a valid California Driver License (mileage reimbursed).
  • Has an acceptable driving record.
