Taxation Strategist

The Tax Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the work of the tax team and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Team Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the work of the tax team.
  • Ensure the standardization of tax procedures across all business units.
• Tax Planning and Compliance
  • Prepare tax planning strategies for the company's activities in Argentina and internationally.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation, business principles, and tax policies.
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Maintain direct contact with tax authorities and provide a communication channel for consultation and resolution of issues.
  • Promote the dissemination of corporate policies and ensure full knowledge and application among team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Legal/Tax or Accounting areas in medium or large companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Fluent English level required.

Skills:

• Understanding of the link between revenues/costs and ability to guide economic focus.
• Knowledge of tax, corporate, and commercial legislation and large systems.
• Broad vision and ability to analyze the environment to gather diverse information relevant to achieving objectives.
