About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at InkAdmin. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Sales Team
  2. Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning and Self-Improvement
  3. Develop and Implement Effective Sales Strategies
  4. Motivate the Team to Achieve Individual and Collective Goals
  5. Monitor Team Performance and Provide Guidance and Support
  6. Identify Gaps in Sales Techniques and Provide Tailored Training
  7. Serve as the Point of Escalation for Client Issues
  8. Collaborate with Leadership to Improve Workflows and Processes
  9. Take an Active Role in Building and Refining Internal Processes
Requirements
  1. 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Management
  2. Proven Ability to Lead a Team to Meet or Exceed Goals
  3. Strong Organizational Skills and Ability to Multitask
  4. Ability to Foster a Collaborative and Dynamic Team Environment
  5. Experience in Building or Improving Internal Processes
  6. Strong Understanding of High-Ticket Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  7. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a Related Field
