We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at InkAdmin. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Sales Team
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning and Self-Improvement
- Develop and Implement Effective Sales Strategies
- Motivate the Team to Achieve Individual and Collective Goals
- Monitor Team Performance and Provide Guidance and Support
- Identify Gaps in Sales Techniques and Provide Tailored Training
- Serve as the Point of Escalation for Client Issues
- Collaborate with Leadership to Improve Workflows and Processes
- Take an Active Role in Building and Refining Internal Processes
- 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Management
- Proven Ability to Lead a Team to Meet or Exceed Goals
- Strong Organizational Skills and Ability to Multitask
- Ability to Foster a Collaborative and Dynamic Team Environment
- Experience in Building or Improving Internal Processes
- Strong Understanding of High-Ticket Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a Related Field
- Competitive Salary: Php60,000 - Php80,000 per month
- Performance-Based Bonus Structure
